Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If the order has not yet entered the packing process, we’re able to change it for you.We are unable to guarantee this change can be made, as we aim to dispatch items 2 times a day to ensure. Please email our Customer Support team ( info@btartboxnails.com )  with your order number and the updated address ASAP.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please note: Order cancellations requests are not guaranteed.
If your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel and you will need to wait for your parcel to arrive to return any unwanted items. 

 

Do I have to create a BTArtbox account to shop?

An account is not required in order to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!

 

How can I apply discount code to my order?

Way 1: When going through view the cart, you will see section to apply discount codes. 

Way 2: When going through checkout directly, you will see section to apply discount codes.

All orders are ship out with 1-2 business day at Mon-Friday. (Do NOT include weekends or holidays)

 

Shipping times

International orders by standard shipment take 5-12 business days to be delivered; you can also choose expedited air shipment, it take 4-8 business days to be delivered.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

No, we’re sorry we do not ship to PO Box address and APO address, either.
