  4. Align at the cuticle and press firmly. Start at the cuticle edge and roll forward onto the nail bed. Hold each nail for 20–30 seconds with firm, even pressure.
  5. Avoid water for one hour. The adhesive continues to cure after application. Water contact in the first hour is the leading cause of early edge lifting.
