The Nail Workbench

Nail Accessories, Built to Keep the Set On

A press-on set is only as good as what holds it — and what takes it off. This bench gathers every bottle, tab, lamp and drop of care the wear calls for: fast-drying glues and gap-filling gel bonds, acetone-free remover, cuticle oils and cure-ready kits — all chosen to keep natural nails healthy.

Why This Bench Works

Hung on the Magnetic Strip

Hold that outlasts the week

Every adhesive here — quick-dry liquid or lamp-cured gel — is chosen for wear measured in weeks, not days.

Removal without the damage

Acetone-free remover and clean-lifting tabs release the bond — no scraping, no peeling, no thinned nail plates.

Care built into the routine

Cuticle oils and strengthening treatments keep nail and skin hydrated, so every set starts from healthy ground.

Cure-ready when you are

Bench and USB mini lamps cure gel bonds in under a minute — salon-speed setting at your own desk.

The Drawer Board

Six Drawers, One Job Each

Every accessory belongs to a drawer. Open the one your routine is missing — each works with every press-on set, from almond to squoval.

The Adhesives

Brush-on liquid glue for fast, flexible wear, plus gel bonds — liquid or solid form — that cure rock-steady under a lamp. Pick by the wear time you want.

Liquid · UV gel · Solid form

The Tabs

Pre-cut adhesive tabs in a full-size run: press on in minutes, lift off residue-free, and the same set wears again.

Glue-free · Reusable

The Removers

Gentle, acetone-free dropper formulas loosen non-UV glue at the edges — no long soaking, no scraping, nothing left behind.

Acetone-free · Dropper

The Care Oils

Daily cuticle oils and pens with vitamin E and plant oils — hydrate, push, tidy and nourish in one pass, plus a strengthener for weak nails.

Hydrate · Strengthen

The Cure & Shield

UV/LED lamps for gel bonds, plus builder gel and a flexible finishing coat to reinforce tips and guard against nicks.

Lamps · Builder · Finish coat

The Tools

Nail drills with interchangeable bits for shaping, buffing and prep — fine-tuning that makes every bond sit flush.

Choose Your Hold

Three Ways to Bond

Adhesion is a choice about time: how fast it goes on and how long it stays. These three work orders cover it.

Work Order A

The Quick Fix

Brush-on liquid glue

Fast-drying and flexible, holding roughly two to four weeks. Brush, press, done — no lamp, no waiting.

Best for: first-timers and everyday wear

Work Order B

The Cured Bond

Gel glue + lamp

A gap-filling bond that cures firm under a UV/LED lamp in under a minute and holds for a month or more — also a gem glue and base coat.

Best for: long wear, uneven nail beds, gems

Work Order C

The No-Glue Day

Adhesive tabs

A full-size run holds for over a week and lifts off cleanly, so press-on sets stay reusable between wears.

Best for: events, set-swappers, nail rest days

The Bench Routine

Assembly Line, Five Stations

Prep the nail

Buff away shine, tidy the cuticle, wipe the plate clean — dry, oil-free nails hold best.

Size every tip

Match tips to nails before any adhesive opens; a flush fit is half the bond.

Apply the bond

Liquid glue for quick wear, gel or tabs by plan — keep adhesive on the nail only.

Set and seal

Press firmly and hold; cure gel bonds under the lamp and seal the free edge.

Feed the cuticle

A drop of cuticle oil around each nail keeps skin soft while the set works.

The Help Desk

Nail Accessories 101

Which accessories do I actually need to start wearing press ons?

Three things: an adhesive, a remover, and a cuticle oil. The adhesive keeps the set on, the remover lets it come off without damage, and the oil keeps nail and skin healthy between wears — everything else only refines the routine.

Add adhesive tabs if you switch sets often, and a lamp only if you plan to use gel glue — starter sets pair with anything in the press-on range.

Liquid glue, gel glue or adhesive tabs — which hold is right for me?

Choose by wear time: two to four weeks for liquid glue, a month or more for cured gel, about a week for tabs. Liquid glue dries in air and stays slightly flexible; gel cures hard under a lamp and fills any gap between tip and nail, which suits uneven nail beds; tabs skip adhesive entirely and lift off residue-free.

For your first try, pair a small liquid glue with any set from the short press-on edit — the easiest combination to learn on.

Will glue remover damage my natural nails?

No — the remover here is acetone-free and made to dissolve adhesive, not nail. It loosens non-UV glue at the edges so the tip lifts away on its own; no scraping, no residue left behind — that is what keeps the nail plate intact.

Use the dropper along the seam of the tip and let it work; cured gel bonds come off differently — a few drops of alcohol at the edge do that job.

Do I need a UV lamp to wear press-on nails?

Only if you choose a gel adhesive. Liquid glue dries on its own and adhesive tabs need nothing at all — the lamp only cures gel bonds, setting them in under a minute.

The portable mini lamp runs off USB, so curing works just as well at a desk or on a trip.

How do I keep my nails healthy between wears?

With daily cuticle oil and a strengthener when nails feel thin. Vitamin E and plant-oil blends keep the cuticle hydrated after removal, while a strengthener supports nails prone to cracking, peeling or yellowing.

Massage oil in after every removal and before the next set — healthy nail plates are also the ones adhesives grip best.

Closing the Bench

Lights Out at the Bench

When a set’s time is up, let remover or a warm soak do the work — lift from the edges, never pry. Finish with cuticle oil, store reusable sets flat, and the bench is ready for the next press-on.
